Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency client. This fully remote position focuses on helping users navigate the platform, resolve account and transaction questions, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats with a friendly, professional tone.
• Guide customers through account setup, transactions, and platform features using approved scripts.
• Troubleshoot common technical problems such as login issues, transaction errors, wallet connections, and app navigation.
• Locate customer accounts and case history quickly within the CRM during live interactions.
• Document every interaction accurately in the CRM, updating notes, tags, and statuses.
• Escalate complex technical or account issues to the engineering or specialist team when needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, and genuinely customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and handle high‑volume interactions.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
