About the role

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Coordinator to lead the organization’s AI‑driven and automation initiatives. The role will guide projects from concept through production, ensuring efficient processes and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI solutions and intelligent agents aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate process‑automation projects, including RPA, automated flows, and tool integration, from design to production.
• Monitor digital‑transformation project progress, tracking timelines, deliverables, and associated risks.
• Identify and eliminate duplicate activities across areas through analysis, redesign, and automation of processes.
• Evaluate technology alternatives and participate in selecting and deploying automation and AI platforms.
• Supervise the Digital Transformation Analyst, guiding their work and development.
• Design and deliver training workshops for internal users on automation and AI tools.
• Prepare progress reports, impact indicators, and executive presentations for digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital transformation, process automation, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage projects using Scrum or Agile methodologies.

Required skills

• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., n8n or similar).
• Knowledge of AI agents and large language models (LLMs).
• Process improvement and redesign (BPM) expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Power Platform.
• Project‑management methodologies, including Scrum and Agile.
