Client Services Team Leader

About the role

As the direct line of support to the Client Services Supervisor, this role provides daily assistance to customer‑facing employees. It includes training, coaching, mentoring and fostering a positive work environment while helping with all departmental activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first level contact for employees, deliver order‑entry and client‑services training, promote positive communication, assist the supervisor with staffing plans, performance reviews and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Monitor individual and group performance, conduct quality audits (Jneff / CQM) and ensure work meets the highest standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects, act as liaison with other departments, help develop and implement new initiatives, and schedule with leads during peak periods, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience with NEFF, proven ability to train, supervise and lead teams, and strong process‑improvement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to coach and mentor while maintaining confidentiality, and strong organizational, planning and follow‑up capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid PC proficiency, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and adaptability to system updates.
