About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Specialist to join our team, providing proactive and empathetic support to our clients. The role focuses on delivering seamless experiences with Ualett’s products while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely assistance and follow‑up.
• Guide clients in using Ualett’s products and services to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Resolve inquiries, issues, and escalations with a professional, customer‑centric approach.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Monitor feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to boost retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure consistent communication across channels.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, success, or client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer‑first mindset.
• Problem‑solving skills demonstrated with empathy and professionalism.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms (preferred).
