About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join a company that rents warehouses and office spaces. The role involves providing efficient and friendly assistance to current and prospective clients throughout the entire service process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle in‑person, phone and email inquiries, providing information on space availability, rates, contracts, rental conditions and additional services.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits, follow up on client requests, complaints and requirements.
• Maintain continuous communication to ensure rapid and effective responses.
• Support basic administrative tasks, update databases, monitor payments, manage contract renewals and channel maintenance or support issues to the appropriate departments.

Required profile

• Organized, proactive and service‑oriented with strong communication abilities.
• Team player capable of handling multiple tasks and delivering professional solutions.
• Previous experience in customer service and basic office‑tool proficiency.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
