Auxiliar administrativo

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide efficient, responsible, and quality support to internal sales customers. The role ensures compliance with assigned processes, transparency and consistency in operations, contributing to healthy business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform random audits of route sales representatives.
• Track inventory, returns and shipments using SAP.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of assignments.
• Update sales routes in the billing system upon supervisor request.
• Process credit invoices, verifying collectability requirements.
• Validate and enable load and transfer orders between sellers.
• Prepare reports on audits, compliance and operational impacts.
• Archive documents related to audits, adjustments and controls.
• Liquidate cash invoices for OT, WHS and DTS sales channels.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate in Accounting, Systems Engineering, Administration or related fields.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative functions.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong customer service orientation, good interpersonal relations and high honesty.
• Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 2:00 pm‑10:00 pm.
