AI / ML Ops Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI / ML Ops Engineer to design, build and maintain production‑ready AI solutions that power payroll, benefits and workforce services. The role bridges data engineering, machine‑learning pipelines and cloud operations to deliver reliable, scalable models for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise data pipelines and warehouses, primarily using Snowflake.
• Develop, deploy and monitor machine‑learning models on AWS services such as SageMaker or Bedrock.
• Automate model lifecycle management, including versioning, testing, scaling and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure data privacy, security and compliance for sensitive HR data.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data engineering, ML engineering or MLOps.
• Proven track record of supporting production workloads.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Snowflake (warehouse design, Snowpark, stored procedures, streams, tasks).
• Python and SQL, including pandas and scikit‑learn.
• AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, IAM, SageMaker, Bedrock).
• Experience with LLM application development, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot.
