Technical Support Specialist – Tier 1

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist who is customer‑focused, organized, and eager to solve technical issues. The ideal candidate has previous technical support experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
• Respond to customers and internal users via phone, email, chat, or remote support tools.
• Document support cases and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Assist with software installations, configurations, and user account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems and improve support processes.

Required profile

• English level B2+ or higher.
• Previous technical support experience.
• IT background or related field preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Well‑organized with excellent communication skills.
• Customer‑focused and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
