About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Representative to join our construction and manufacturing company that produces aluminum formwork systems. The role combines office work with regular visits to existing and potential clients in the Santo Domingo Norte area, focusing on generating new business and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B customers.
• Visit clients, present products and services, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare and manage quotations and track their progress.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales reports and customer information.
• Coordinate with administrative and commercial teams to ensure order processing and delivery.
• Provide continuous communication and support to the client portfolio.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field sales or B2B sales, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and able to meet sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle in good condition.
• Availability to work on‑site and travel for client visits.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

What we offer

• Base salary plus commission on sales.
• Mobility allowance to support field work.
• Standard working hours: Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm, Saturdays until noon.
