About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our high‑traffic store. You will be responsible for turning every customer interaction into a sale while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and actively approach potential buyers.
• Provide product information and demonstrations, especially for appliances and technology items.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Handle transactions accurately and process customer payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in appliances, electronics or similar products.
• Proactive, persuasive, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong ambition to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
