INNOVA Clinic Punta Cana is seeking a qualified medical specialist to join our team in the Bávaro/Punta Cana area. The position involves collaborating with our clinic to provide high‑quality care to patients during peak service hours.

Key responsibilities

• Attend the clinic during designated peak client hours to assess patient flow and deliver medical consultations.
• Work closely with existing staff to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Participate in an evaluation phase at the clinic to observe operations and patient interactions.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to clinic protocols.

Required profile

• Qualified medical specialist (Urologist or Gastroenterologist) with appropriate licensing.
• Motivated and able to work in a collaborative, high‑volume environment.
• Willingness to obtain permanent residency in Bávaro.
