Técnico(a) de Servicio – Pools

About the role

The Pool Service Technician will provide technical and operational support to clients, ensuring proper functioning, installation and maintenance of pool equipment and systems. The role involves traveling to various sites in Punta Cana, Higüey and La Romana to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installations and client training.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and control dosing equipment used in pool systems.
• Provide technical support and address client needs related to installed equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water pumps.
• Install and commission pool equipment.
• Inspect equipment and systems to identify faults or maintenance needs.
• Manage inventory and stock of products and equipment at client locations.
• Track material and equipment requirements for operations.
• Train and advise clients on proper hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Document service, maintenance and installation activities.
• Travel to assigned locations to deliver technical support.
• Follow safety procedures and established technical standards.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Own a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel between Punta Cana, Higüey and La Romana.
• Previous experience in maintenance, technical service or equipment installation.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work the scheduled hours.

Required skills

• Knowledge of water pumps.
• Familiarity with dosing systems for pools.
• Experience with pool equipment installation and maintenance.
