About the role

The company is seeking a Diesel Automotive Mechanical Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations on diesel engine components for both light and heavy vehicles. The role involves applying preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues in diesel engines using specialized tools.
• Repair and replace faulty diesel engine components.
• Install new diesel engine parts and systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on light and heavy vehicles.
• Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, including weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Automotive Diesel Mechanics.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in diesel automotive mechanics.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Capacity to handle work pressure and flexible availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
