About the role
This role leads discovery conversations, translates business needs into effective AI setups and guides clients step by step through configuration and onboarding. No prior AI or Vendasta experience is required, as complete technical and product training is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client's business goals.
- Translate customer needs into tailored AI solutions and configurations.
- Guide clients through setup, activation and technical configuration.
- Explain technical concepts in clear, simple, customer-friendly language.
- Manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups with strong organization.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level preferred).
- Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills.
- Solid background or knowledge in digital marketing.
- Comfortable learning and working with AI and tech-based products.
- Strong consultative and problem-solving skills.
Work conditions
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST; weekends off.
- Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on-site.
