About the role

You will lead and develop the destination sales team, ensuring commercial targets are met while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position directly influences destination performance through operational support, coaching, and execution of field sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales operations across hotels and assigned points of interest.
• Ensure compliance with commercial KPIs, service standards, and promotional campaigns.
• Provide continuous coaching, performance tracking, and follow‑up for the team.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage operational incidents and escalations with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Coordinate schedules, coverage, and business needs.
• Prepare performance and productivity reports.
• Motivate and develop team talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial or sales teams.
• Background in tourism, hospitality, or destination sales.
• Advanced conversational English.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong results orientation.
• Leadership, effective communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in KPI management and performance analysis.
• Flexibility to travel to destinations as needed.
