Splunk Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Splunk Engineer to join its global development team. The position is fully remote and involves working with multicultural teams on a variety of projects that span mobile, web, and device ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall health and operation of the Splunk Cloud instance.
• Build security dashboards and configure alerts.
• Manage Splunk ingest volume and collaborate with teams to add or remove log statements.
• Investigate alerts and anomalies, participating in incident response.
• Implement updates to the Splunk environment and coordinate mandatory changes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Splunk.
• Basic cloud knowledge (Hadoop, GCP, Azure; AWS preferred).
• Valid Splunk certification.
• Advanced level of English.
