About the role

The Sourcer will actively identify, attract and build talent pipelines across multiple channels. Working closely with the recruitment team, the role supports strategic hiring initiatives through market mapping and first‑contact outreach with key profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct searches on platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards
• Generate and maintain robust talent pipelines
• Initiate first contact with prospective candidates
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the recruitment team
• Perform market mapping to identify talent trends and gaps

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment
• Proficiency with search tools and platforms
• Intermediate English proficiency (preferred)
• Proactive attitude and strong research skills
