About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support professional to join our team. The candidate will provide technical assistance, maintain network infrastructure, and handle hardware, software, and peripheral issues across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and configure networks (CCNA Switching & Routing).
• Administer IP telephony systems (Issabel / Asterisk) and VoIP phones.
• Manage CCTV security systems (IP cameras, NVR/DVR).
• Support wireless infrastructure (Ubiquiti).
• Administer domains, email accounts in cPanel, and Outlook support.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals.

Required profile

• University student in Systems Engineering, Computer Technician or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in support or networking roles.
• Technical English proficiency.
• Own vehicle (required for travel).
• Resident of Distrito Nacional or Santo Domingo Province.
