Site Planning Coordinator

About the role

The Site Planning Coordinator will lead the planning and management of design, distribution, and conditioning of physical spaces for the Commercial Division. The role ensures correct placement and installation of the company’s equipment, collaborates with headquarters representatives, and maintains project status in the designated management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design and layout of commercial spaces to accommodate equipment installation.
• Interact with headquarters to align project stages with company guidelines.
• Update and monitor project progress in the manufacturer’s management platform.
• Travel nationwide as needed to oversee site implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in structural plan design.
• Advanced English proficiency for technical communication.
• Willingness to travel throughout the country.

Required skills

• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; intermediate Excel.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, refrigeration and humidity infrastructure.
• Ability to create and interpret structural plans.
• Technical report writing.
