Shopper Development Expert

About the role

The Shopper Development Expert will shape and execute 7P tactics for Colgate‑Palmolive in the Dominican Republic market. You will work closely with customers, customer marketing, and internal teams to align shopper insights with commercial strategies and drive growth across retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage 7P tactics within customers, identifying growth opportunities across retail environments.
• Gather and translate shopper and category insights into actionable strategies and category‑management tactics.
• Design collaborative plans that align shopper, customer, and Colgate‑Palmolive perspectives.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate promotion plans to ensure in‑store execution and compliance.
• Support cross‑functional planning, including monthly CBP discipline and logistics sales planning.
• Communicate 7P plans to Operations, monitor field implementation, and maximize in‑store shopper engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing or marketing.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Advanced level of English.
