About the role

Blacksmith Agency runs PPC, SEO and paid media programs for clients across the US. As SEO Project Manager, you own the delivery of that marketing work: campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting and the client relationship around them. You keep projects on time and on budget, keep clients informed and keep internal teams unblocked. This is a delivery seat for a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to the finish.

Key responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risks early and drive tasks to completion.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Comfort with PM tooling such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar.

To apply, candidates complete a short online application followed by a 6-minute Predictive Index assessment; the same email should be used throughout.
