About the role

Talent Solutions, part of ManpowerGroup, is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes for specialized and strategic positions. The role acts as a trusted partner to business areas, driving high‑impact recruitment strategies and ensuring a high‑quality selection experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Advise and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies.
• Design and implement talent attraction strategies for senior and niche roles.
• Manage multiple open vacancies simultaneously while maintaining timelines.
• Track, analyze and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Proven experience filling specialized or high‑volume roles.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
