Senior React Native Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior React Native engineer to design and deliver high‑quality mobile solutions for our global clients. You will work in a remote‑first, collaborative environment, shaping products that impact urban living, media, and healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate project status and recommendations with client stakeholders.
• Write efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure code in React Native and related technologies.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Mentor team members through Communities of Practice and support technical growth.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery from concept to deployment, ensuring architectural compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and Object‑Oriented Programming.
• Practical experience with AI‑assisted development frameworks and evaluating AI outputs.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• React Native and Expo.
• TypeScript and modern React for web (Vite, Apollo Client).
• Offline‑first patterns, local persistence, sync queues, conflict handling.
• Native modules, platform bridges, and Bluetooth/BLE integration.
• Mobile test automation and CI/CD pipelines for Android and iOS.
• Feature‑flag driven delivery and hardware communication.
