Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to lead the analysis, design, and automation of complex Human Capital Management processes. The ideal candidate combines deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits with strong technical expertise in PeopleTools and automation capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Define automation requirements, approaches, dependencies, and effort estimates for HCM workflows.
• Develop detailed automation plans covering scope, timelines, tools, assumptions, and implementation considerations.
• Create clear, structured technical documentation to support governance and decision‑making.
• Establish repeatable documentation and planning approaches based on stakeholder feedback.
• Support prioritization and execution of automation initiatives across PeopleSoft modules.
• Design and implement PeopleSoft configurations and native automation solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior‑level experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules.
• Hands‑on expertise with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft automation features.
• Proven ability to assess processes, define requirements, and estimate effort.
• Excellent technical documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; consulting or client‑facing experience preferred.
