Senior Operations Manager – Sales

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Operations Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team in Santo Domingo. This role bridges strategic sales goals with day‑to‑day execution, driving revenue growth and fostering a culture of accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives through one‑on‑one sessions, live call monitoring, role‑plays, and real‑time feedback.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, call activity, closing rates) and translate data into targeted coaching actions.
• Manage the sales pipeline hands‑on, understand each deal, follow up consistently, and drive deals to close.
• Conduct takeover and second‑voice calls to demonstrate objection handling and closing techniques.
• Run daily huddles and weekly performance reviews to maintain momentum and alignment.
• Design and implement Performance Improvement Plans for underperforming team members.
• Identify skill gaps and partner with training to deliver targeted skill‑up sessions.
• Monitor CRM hygiene and ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to align team targets with company revenue goals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales experience, including 1‑2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Proven ability to develop and coach sales professionals toward consistent performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable using performance dashboards to guide coaching.
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
