SCM Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SCM Project Lead to drive supply chain projects for the Power Components Division. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet cost‑reduction and resiliency goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain projects, defining suppliers, target costs, managing RFQs, supplier selection, qualification and initial deliveries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Operations, Supplier Quality and Finance to execute project activities.
• Utilise standard processes and digital tools to manage CAPEX, track milestones, risks and savings.
• Identify and manage supplier risk action plans and drive dual‑sourcing, consignment and other resiliency initiatives.
• Achieve sourcing savings, cost‑competitiveness and minimise material inflation impact.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and uphold ethical standards.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or project management roles.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and multi‑project management abilities.
