Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage, develop and strengthen relationships with assigned key customers, ensuring sustainable sales growth and the proper execution of commercial and trade‑marketing strategies for our hygiene, health and nutrition brands.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and grow the portfolio of assigned key accounts.
• Develop joint business plans with customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, displays and special activities.
• Monitor achievement of sales, coverage and profitability targets.
• Ensure correct implementation of promotional plans and timely launch of initiatives.
• Supervise inventory levels and product availability.
• Identify and act on improvement opportunities in execution, pricing and visibility.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers and decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in sales, key‑account management, commercial development or trade marketing.
• Additional training in sales, trade marketing or commercial management is a plus.
