About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive new business and manage existing accounts within the construction sector. The role focuses on promoting concrete products and ensuring customer satisfaction from quotation to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients in the construction industry.
• Visit construction companies, engineers, contractors, hardware stores, and project sites.
• Maintain and develop the assigned client portfolio.
• Identify client needs and recommend the appropriate type of concrete.
• Follow up quotations until the sale is closed.
• Confirm quantities, strength, delivery location, date, and time with the client.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Keep client and business opportunity information up to date.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, visits, clients, and projects.
• Participate in commercial meetings and promotional activities.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Required profile

• Experience in prospecting and managing client relationships in the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of concrete products and their applications.
• Ability to follow sales processes from quotation to delivery.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized approach to maintaining client data and preparing reports.
