About the role
The company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to operate in Puerto Plata. The role focuses on face‑to‑face sales, primarily within the construction, paint, or hardware sectors, building strong relationships with customers and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily visit routes to prospective and existing clients.
- Identify sales opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Handle objections and provide tailored product information.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using email, spreadsheets, and a CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in construction, paint, or hardware.
- Strong commercial mindset with a results‑oriented attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good organization and time‑management abilities.
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn product details.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
- Competence in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
