About the role
We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative who will provide assistance to customers and ensure a positive experience. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, managing complaints, offering product and service information, processing orders, and keeping interaction records up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through calls and emails.
- Detect business opportunities and generate interest.
- Understand client needs and provide timely follow‑up.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database.
- Handle inbound calls and emails, managing complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service within the industrial or hardware sector (mandatory).
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Basic to intermediate English (preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management abilities.
