Remote Engagement Specialist – Patient Appointment Setter

About the role

Patient Pro Marketing is seeking motivated, empathetic professionals to join its remote call team as Engagement Specialists. You will be the first point of contact for patients interested in minimally invasive medical procedures, guiding them through the initial outreach and scheduling process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new patient leads promptly via outbound calls and follow‑ups.
• Conduct qualification conversations to understand patient needs, symptoms, and procedure interest.
• Gather and verify patient information (legal name, DOB, address, insurance, contact details).
• Schedule consultations at the appropriate clinic, ensuring correct procedure type, date, and time.
• Explain next steps, set expectations, and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Escalate cancellations, insurance issues, or scheduling concerns according to clinic guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills with an empathetic, patient‑focused approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to handle objections, address concerns, and maintain professionalism.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a performance‑driven, remote environment.
