Quality Operations Supervisor (Shift C)

About the role

Baxter is seeking a Quality Operations Supervisor for Shift C to ensure that manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Haina facilities, providing technical support and driving compliance across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Quality System Regulations, GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements.
• Provide technical support for process control, equipment validation, and new sub‑assembly protocols.
• Participate in Operations/Management Review and process validation activities.
• Evaluate non‑conformances, customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support design, development, and enhancement of new product processes and technologies.
• Manage SOPs, special tests, and project documentation.

Required profile

• Strong integrity, transparency, and results‑focused mindset.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and ISO standards.
• Process validation and equipment qualification expertise.
