Production Technician

About the role

The Production Technician joins the Process Technology Operations team to ensure smooth, reliable production processes. You will inspect, report, and validate equipment and procedures, while providing first‑level technical support for a defined set of applications.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and report on production process performance on a regular basis.
• Validate machines, tools, and processes according to established protocols.
• Support process‑improvement projects and measures when appropriate.
• Perform technical maintenance, troubleshoot failures, incidents, and malfunctions, and carry out setup procedures.
• Ensure readiness of systems, devices, and technologies across IT, production, and facilities.
• Provide first‑level application‑related customer service for a small scope of applications.
• Clarify issues with stakeholders, plan maintenance and repair assignments, and coordinate work with service providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical maintenance and production environments.
• Ability to identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and service partners.
