Production Supervisor

About the role

Integer is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing associates across one or more value streams. The role focuses on delivering safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people performance while embodying Integer’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise manufacturing teams to meet production targets and maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), FDA regulations, and all safety, environmental, and security requirements.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and schedules to optimize workflow and achieve operational goals.
• Drive production monitoring, leader standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement workplace organization (5S), visual controls, and manufacturing standard work.
• Promote associate engagement through problem‑solving methodologies and safety programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of QMS, FDA compliance, and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and align resources efficiently.
