About the role

GEP is seeking a Procurement Analyst fluent in English and German to manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for its clients. The role involves sourcing, supplier evaluation, and supporting day‑to‑day sourcing requests.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full procurement cycle, from identifying suppliers to executing RFPs and preparing price analyses.
Collect, compile, and analyze procurement data.
Conduct supplier evaluations and support clients with ad‑hoc sourcing, cost management, change management, and supplier performance.
Build and maintain relationships with both clients and suppliers.

Required profile

Proficiency in English and German.
Adaptability to work individually and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Quantitative, analytical, and communication abilities.

Required skills

Microsoft Office suite.
