Patient Care Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and highly organized professional to join our team at the Padre Las Casas facility in Santiago. The Patient Care Specialist will act as the essential link between patients, families, and healthcare services, ensuring smooth communication and thorough administrative management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient and client intake, gathering accurate medical histories and documentation.
• Serve as the primary bilingual contact for patients and families, handling questions, scheduling, and support in English and Spanish.
• Perform consistent care follow‑ups, maintain structured patient records, and update administrative systems promptly.
• Organize daily administrative tasks, support multidisciplinary care plans, and keep the office meticulously organized.

Required profile

• At least 2+ years of recent experience in patient coordination, intake, or administrative support roles.
• Advanced English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
• Must reside in Santiago de los Caballeros and be able to commute daily to the office.
• Professional attitude with empathy and reliability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software.
• Experience using electronic documentation systems.
• Patient data entry and file management capabilities.
