About the role

We are looking for a compassionate, highly organized bilingual professional to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator at our Padre Las Casas facility in Santiago. In this full‑time, permanent position you will manage patient intake, communicate with families, and ensure smooth administrative processes, while enjoying clear pathways for rapid career advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee patient intake and accurately register incoming records.
• Provide empathetic communication with patients and families in both English and Spanish.
• Organize patient care schedules, perform follow‑ups, and maintain precise administrative logs.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of recent experience in patient coordination, intake, or healthcare administrative support.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, discipline, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Current residence in Santiago de los Caballeros with ability to work onsite daily.

What we offer
