Paid Media Project Manager (Remote, Santiago de los Caballeros)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency runs PPC, SEO and paid media programs for clients across the US. As Paid Media Project Manager, you own the delivery of that marketing work: campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting and the client relationship around them. You keep projects on time and on budget, keep clients informed and keep internal teams unblocked. This is a delivery seat for a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to the finish.

Key responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risks early and drive tasks to completion.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Comfort with PM tooling such as ClickUp, Asana or Jira.

To apply, candidates complete a short online application followed by a 6-minute Predictive Index assessment; the same email should be used throughout.
