Order Management Analyst (CoE)

About the role

The Order Management Analyst provides end-to-end commercial and operational support across the order fulfillment process. As the main link between customers, sales teams, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, logistics providers and other internal stakeholders, the role ensures timely order processing, delivery, invoicing and customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence through proactive order management, process improvements and supply chain collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, including order entry, delivery coordination and invoicing.
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
• Proactively manage the order backlog, resolve customer issues and drive on-time delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance teams.
• Support customer satisfaction through communication, issue resolution and escalation management.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while supporting inventory optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, export requirements and standardized order management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering or another related engineering field.
• At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• High English proficiency.
