Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will act as a role model for call‑center specialists, guiding them through the nesting process and ensuring they are fully prepared for their calls. After training, the supervisor continues to monitor progress, answer questions, and provide ongoing coaching and inspiration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialists to achieve performance goals.
• Drive productivity through continuous performance monitoring and feedback.
• Analyze team results and identify actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and operational compliance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (PE, BI, P&C, IT) to enhance performance.
• Support hiring processes and contribute to talent development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of call‑center experience.
• Valid U.S. travel documents.
• Proven experience in team leadership or supervision.
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
