Operational Recruitment Manager

About the role

One Park Financial (OPF), a financial technology company that connects small businesses with flexible financing, is looking for an Operational Recruitment Manager. The role leads the day-to-day execution, performance and continuous improvement of the recruitment function, focusing on high-volume sales, collections, customer acquisition, retention and other revenue-generating roles. It combines recruitment leadership, contact center operations experience and a strong understanding of sales performance. The position is full-time and on-site in the Dominican Republic, with regular office presence five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment operations and delivery, including sales and contact center operations partnership
• Manage recruiter and sourcer teams, and handle proactive sourcing and market intelligence
• Produce recruitment performance reports, MBRs, QBRs and stakeholder reports
• Manage job requisitions, staffing control and resource efficiency
• Run audits, compliance checks and process improvements

Required profile

• 4-6 years of operational management, recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years leading recruiters or recruitment teams
• Experience in contact centers, BPO, sales, collections or customer acquisition
• Experience recruiting for sales, collections, retention or other revenue-generating roles
• Ability to coach recruiters, manage performance and use recruitment data to improve conversion
• Strong English; Spanish is an advantage for Dominican Republic-based operations
• Preferred: US hiring compliance (background checks, ADP), predictive testing platforms, and recruitment leadership in a high-volume BPO or contact center

• ATS, recruitment CRM and business intelligence tools (preferred)
• Sourcing strategies, recruitment funnel metrics and reporting
• Preferred: experience preparing MBRs or QBRs and monitoring recruitment budgets
