About the role

We are looking for a Process Officer who will drive efficiency and continuous improvement across our organization. The role combines analytical rigor with a strong focus on internal control, documentation, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Document, analyze and regularly update organizational processes and procedures.
• Create and maintain the institutional process matrix.
• Conduct on‑site verification of compliance with policies, procedures and internal control mechanisms.
• Lead due‑diligence and compliance initiatives.
• Identify risks, deviations and opportunities for improvement.
• Follow up on action plans arising from audits and reviews.
• Coordinate continuous‑improvement projects with various management teams.
• Prepare reports, indicators and recommendations to strengthen controls.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in process management, audit, compliance, internal control or continuous improvement.
• Experience in process mapping, documentation, indicator tracking and control matrices.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and results orientation.
• Ability to interact and follow up with multiple areas of the organization.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of 60,000 (local currency) with quarterly incentives.
• Complementary medical insurance covering 50% of costs.
