Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate freight movement and information flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain vendor relations and adhere to procedural and productivity standards.
• Accurately process billing and support accounting functions.
• Communicate overseas, responding promptly to emails and requests.
• Identify best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 6 months experience in ocean import.
• Effective interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
