Mortgage Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Join Emapta as a Mortgage Inside Sales Representative and help turn conversations into mortgage opportunities. You will engage prospective borrowers through outbound calls, nurture leads, and connect qualified prospects with loan officers to move them closer to homeownership.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects generated from online inquiries, marketing campaigns and referral networks.
• Qualify interest, answer questions about mortgage products, and set appointments for loan officers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with loan officers and the marketing team to ensure smooth hand‑off of leads.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of inside sales, outbound sales or customer‑service experience, preferably in a phone‑based environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish with a professional phone presence.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and detail‑orientation skills.
• Positive, goal‑driven attitude and resilience in a fast‑paced sales setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss or similar platforms).
