About the role
FL Technics is opening a new aircraft maintenance hangar in Punta Cana and is looking for motivated individuals to start a career in aviation maintenance. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience working alongside licensed aircraft technicians on Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 families.
Key responsibilities
- Assist licensed aircraft technicians during maintenance tasks.
- Help open and close aircraft panels for inspections.
- Support removal and installation of aircraft components.
- Clean and prepare work areas and aircraft parts.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Participate in basic maintenance documentation.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old.
- High‑school diploma.
- Interest in mechanics, aviation, or technical work.
- Ability to use basic hand tools (vehicle repair experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Responsible, motivated and eager to learn.
