Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to keep our marketing department running smoothly. The role focuses on coordination, administration, and light creative support for our residential community’s marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage routine marketing requests, clarify requirements, and track tasks across departments, contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, project tracker, and ensure clear ownership, deadlines, and approval steps.
• Coordinate photo, video, and social‑media contractors, monitor progress, and flag delays early.
• Prepare meeting notes, action items, and concise weekly status updates.
• Build and quality‑check newsletters, landing pages, and email campaigns; update WordPress content.
• Organize the marketing Google Drive, maintain file‑naming standards, and ensure version control.
• Request supplier quotes, coordinate signage and printed collateral, and track inventory of promotional materials.
• Support community events, trade‑show logistics, and other marketing‑related administrative duties.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and project‑coordination abilities with a focus on detail and deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, self‑directed, and comfortable asking questions to ensure accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English with solid proofreading skills.
• Collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and customer‑focused with sound judgment.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, shared calendars).
• Canva for creating on‑brand graphics.
• Basic WordPress experience for content updates.
