Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to design, build and optimise data‑driven campaigns that deliver personalised customer experiences throughout the lifecycle. You will work with HubSpot and other tools to create automated workflows, multi‑channel campaigns and insightful performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
• Design, build and optimise automated workflows for lead generation, scoring and nurturing.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns across email, SMS and RCS.
• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs and conversion rates, and prepare regular reports.
• Integrate automation tools with CRM systems and other platforms.
• Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with data‑privacy standards.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimise content, timing, segmentation and targeting.
• Support customer‑lifecycle strategies from acquisition through retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on marketing automation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent English.
