Manufacturing Operator – Production Line

About the role

The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for maintaining efficient production on the line while ensuring compliance with all internal procedures and safety regulations. This role supports the front‑end of the manufacturing process, from material preparation to final product handling.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with production plans and maintain overall line efficiency.
• Follow internal work instructions, safety rules and EHS regulations.
• Contribute to unit budgeting, resource allocation and cost control.
• Execute, supervise or manage front‑end manufacturing processes such as preparation of wafers, components or semi‑products and monitor hand‑stock.
• Process components or semi‑products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup and, when required, CNC or SPS programming.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians or external service providers to resolve repair issues.
• Report any failures or dysfunctions to the responsible supervisor.

Required profile

• Ability to execute tasks as instructed and report issues promptly.
• Commitment to obey all work rules and EHS regulations.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and resource allocation in a manufacturing environment.
