• Manage and update property listings on Zillow, MH Village, Trulia, HotPads, and Facebook Marketplace.
• Coordinate tours with property supervisors and follow up with prospects before and after tours.
• Handle lease renewal communications, build relationships with current tenants, and identify opportunities to convert renters into owners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, leasing, real estate or lead‑conversion.
• Strong spoken and written English with a confident telephone presence.
• Ability to build trust quickly, overcome objections and close deals.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple active leads.
• Reliable internet and availability during required U.S. working hours.

Required skills

• Experience using property listing platforms such as Zillow, MH Village, Trulia, HotPads, and Facebook Marketplace.
• Strong follow‑up and closing skills measured against conversion‑based KPIs.
