IT Support Specialist – L1 Dispatch (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite technical assistance to end users and maintain office IT infrastructure. You will handle hardware and software troubleshooting, manage the lifecycle of IT assets, and support project‑based deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Install, configure, deploy, replace and decommission end‑user devices.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VoIP, audio‑visual and conference‑room technologies.
• Install and troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless access points and structured cabling.
• Manage IT asset inventory, labeling, imaging, deployment, warranty repairs and secure disposal.
• Support office relocations, workstation setups, hardware refresh projects and technology rollouts.
• Coordinate with remote technical teams, third‑party vendors and ensure compliance with security procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk or Field Services.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices and printers.
• Familiarity with office IT environments and basic networking concepts.
